This document replaces GB/T 7920.15-2003 “Terms for asphalt storage, melting and heating equipment” and is consistent with GB/T 7920.15-2003.

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added the term and definition of "asphalt depot" (see 3.1.1);

b) The term and definition of "asphalt tank" have been changed (see 3.1.2, 2.25 of the 2003 edition);

c) Deleted “asphalt storage silo”, “above-ground asphalt storage silo”, “underground asphalt storage silo”, “semi-underground asphalt storage silo”, “far infrared heating asphalt storage silo” "Storage silo" terms and definitions (see 2.1 to 2.4 and 2.10 of the 2003 edition);

d) Changed the “medium pressure water heated asphalt tank”, “steam heated asphalt tank”, “gas heated asphalt tank”, “thermal oil heated asphalt tank” Tanks, "electrically heated asphalt tanks", "solar heated asphalt tanks" terms and definitions (see 3.1.2.2~3.1.2.7, 2003 edition) 2.5~2.9, 2.11);

e) Added "modified asphalt tank", "superconducting heat pipe heated asphalt tank", "tank-in-tank composite heated asphalt tank" and "fuel (gas) and conductive "Hot oil double heated asphalt tank" terminology and definitions (see 3.1.2.1, 3.1.2.8 to 3.1.2.10);

f) The term and definition of "open flame heating type asphalt melting heating device" have been deleted (see 2.15 of the 2003 edition);

g) Added the term and definition of "medium-pressure water-heating asphalt heating device" (see 3.1.3.5);

h) Changed the terms “asphalt heating device”, “mobile asphalt heating device”, “fixed asphalt heating device”, “fire tube heating asphalt heating device” Device", "Steam Heating Asphalt Heating Device", "Thermal Oil Heating Asphalt Heating Device", "Flue Gas Heating Asphalt Heating Device" "Organic heat carrier heating device" terminology and definitions (see 3.1.3, 3.1.3.1~3.1.3.4, 3.1.3.6, 3.1.3.7, 3.1.4, 2003 Versions 2.12~2.14, 2.16~2.20);

i) Deleted "horizontal organic heat carrier heating device", "vertical organic heat carrier heating device" and "organic heat carrier coal-fired heating device" "Organic heat carrier oil heating device" terminology and definition (see 2.21 to 2.24 of the 2003 edition);

j) The terms and definitions of “asphalt pump”, “asphalt valve” and “burner” have been deleted (see 2.26, 2.28 and 2.29 of the 2003 edition);

k) Changed the “asphalt pipeline”, “asphalt tank capacity”, “asphalt heating capacity”, “asphalt temperature rise”, “asphalt insulation capacity”, “asphalt heating device” "Rated thermal power" terms and definitions (see 3.2.1, 3.3.1 to 3.3.5, 2.27, 2.30 to 2.34 of the 2003 edition);

l) Added the term and definition of "asphalt pumping system" (see 3.2.2);
