3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in YB/T 804 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 A method for rapidly digesting magnesium oxide and pulverizing steel slag
The hot slag is put into the pressure hot stuffing device, and water is sprayed to generate pressurized steam above 100°C, which makes the free calcium oxide and free oxygen in the slag
3.2 A method for rapidly digesting and pulverizing steel slag
The hot slag is placed in a normal pressure hot stuffing device, and water is sprayed to generate 100°C normal pressure steam, which dissociates the free calcium oxide and free magnesium oxide in the slag.
4 Basic Requirements
4.1 The steel slag hot stuffing treatment system should be designed, constructed and put into operation at the same time as the main steelmaking project.
4.2 The dust removal and other pollution prevention facilities supporting the steel slag hot stuffing treatment line should be designed and constructed at the same time as the main steel slag hot stuffing treatment project.
