Safety requirements for storage of ammunition used in weather modification operations
1 Scope
This document establishes the hazard levels of munitions used for weather modification operations and their storage facilities, and stipulates the calculation of explosive quantities and site selection requirements for storage facilities.
Requirements for ammunition storage safety, such as parts, safe distances, buildings and structures, safety precautions, stacking, entry and exit, and guard duty.
This document applies to the safe management of ammunition storage for weather modification operations and the construction and use of ammunition storage warehouses.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Weather modification
Under appropriate conditions, artificially influence local atmospheric physical and chemical processes through technical means to implement rain (snow) enhancement, hail prevention, and rain (snow) reduction.
Activities for the purpose of rain removal, fog removal, frost prevention, etc.

3.2 [Weather modification ammunition]
Specialized explosive equipment used for weather modification (3.1) operations, containing explosives, catalysts and other agents.
Note. This includes shells, rockets, flares and flares used in weather modification (3.1) operations (hereinafter referred to as "shells", "rockets", "flares" and "flares").
It is a shell used for 37mm caliber anti-aircraft guns.
