GB/T 45700-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the vocabulary of managing a building after it is handed over — the property itself and its life cycle, the residential and non-residential types, the exclusive parts an owner holds alone and the common parts the owners hold together, and then the terms of each phase in turn, from winning the project and the early intervention through early management and daily service to the withdrawal at the end, with an index. 3.1 Property
3.1.1 Property
