Scope

GB/T 45632-2025 is the English-translated version of 数字航空摄影测量 控制测量规范.

GB/T 45632-2025 sets out how the control survey for digital aerial photogrammetry is carried out in China. It fixes the general provisions - mathematical basis, control points, aerial data and instruments - and the preparation stage of data collection, survey area exploration, data analysis and technical design.

It then specifies how image control points are laid out, both in block networks and along a single strip, how they are measured in the field and graphically, and how control results are numbered, tabulated and marked.

It closes with quality control, acceptance of the results and submission of the deliverables. It applies to the control survey stage of digital elevation models, digital surface models, digital orthophoto maps and digital line graphs at scales from 1:500 to 1:50 000. It was issued on 25 April 2025 and has applied since 1 August 2025.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

Introduction

At present, the entire process of digital aerial photogrammetry technology from aerial photography, control measurement, aerial triangulation to digital surveying and mapping results production has been extensively studied.

The process is based on digital images. Digital aerial photogrammetry uses digital aerial cameras, global navigation satellite systems, inertial measurement units, internal Digital aerial photogrammetry technology has matured and has become an important method for producing surveying and mapping results.

It has been widely used in surveying and mapping, urban construction, land and engineering, and other fields. In addition, the current digital aerial photogrammetry generally adopts global navigation.

Satellite systems, positioning and attitude measurement systems, and inertial measurement units assist digital aerial photography to achieve rare ground-controlled mapping.

This document is to standardize the current digital aerial photogrammetry control measurement production technology and support digital aerial It is formulated for photogrammetric control measurement work to promote the application of digital aerial photogrammetry technology.

This document is consistent with GB/T 27919 "Technical Specifications for IMU/GPS-Assisted Aerial Photography" and GB/T 27920.1 "Technical Specifications for Digital Aerial Photography".
