5 Identification Principles

The symptom characteristics, culture characteristics, morphological characteristics and DNA sequence characteristics of the sunflower blackstem pathogen are the basis for identifying the pathogen.

According to the symptoms caused by sunflower blackstem pathogen on host plants, its disease characteristics were observed; according to the After being cultured on the substrate, the macroscopic morphological characteristics and microscopic microstructure of the colony were observed; based on the deoxyribonucleic acid of the sunflower black stem pathogen PCR) detection method and real-time fluorescence PCR detection method; through the effective combination of these methods, it is determined whether the sample carries sunflower black stem Germs.
