Scope

GB/T 45455-2025 is the English-translated version of 成型模带头导套和带头定位导套.

GB/T 45455-2025 is the Chinese national standard for the headed guide bushes that receive the guide pillars of a moulding tool. It gives their dimensions and tolerances in millimetres for the headed guide bush and for the headed locating guide bush, each drawn in a figure with its own table of sizes, beginning with the type A bush.

The drawings carry the surface roughness in micrometres and the detail rules that go with the bore, the lead-in end being chamfered over a guiding length of more than 3 mm.

It is the counterpart of GB/T 45382-2025 on guide pillars, and mould shops and makers of standard mould parts buy and inspect bushes against it. Identical to ISO 8018:2007, with clauses for normative references and terms added, it was issued and came into force on 28 March 2025.

This document is equivalent to ISO 8018:2007 "Forming die head guide bushings and head positioning guide bushings".
