1 Scope

This document specifies the data set and environment requirements for the evaluation of forged portrait detection systems in the field of forensic science, and establishes functional indicators and performance Indicators specify the formation of evaluation results and the requirements for evaluation document sets.

This document is applicable to the evaluation of forged portrait detection systems in the field of forensic science, and is used as a reference for product self-testing and product selection.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 45429 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Evaluation datasetevaluationdataset

A collection of data used to evaluate the functionality and performance of a forged portrait inspection system.

3.2 Average examination time averaged examination time

The average time it takes for the test system to input the test data set and output the test results.

4 Evaluation Dataset and Environment Requirements

4.1 Evaluation Dataset

4.1.1 Open Source Data Collection and Screening

The requirements for face images/videos collected and screened through open source data are as follows.

a) Image formats should at least include BMP, JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG, and HEIF;

b) Video file formats should at least include MP4, AVI, MKV, FLV, MOV;

c) Video encoding formats should at least include MPEG, H.264, H.265, and AV1;

d) Video resolution shall not be less than 360P;

e) The face resolution shall not be less than 100x100 pixels;

f) The proportion of face frames is not less than 80%;

g) The video length should be no less than 10 seconds and no more than 1 minute.

The requirements for multi-dimensional combined video shooting for specified real people are as follows.
