1 Scope

This document establishes the participants of the ecological environment big data system, the framework of the ecological environment big data system and its functional composition.

This document is applicable to the planning, design, and construction of ecological environment big data systems for government departments at all levels, enterprises, institutions, and social groups.

It provides guidance for installation and upgrading, operation and maintenance, security assurance, etc., and provides a basis for the formulation of a series of standards for ecological environment big data.
