Scope

GB/T 45383-2025 is the English-translated version of 成型模拉料套.

GB/T 45383-2025 is the Chinese national standard for the sprue puller sleeves fitted in plastic and rubber injection moulds so that the sprue is gripped and drawn out when the tool opens.

It fixes their main dimensions and tolerances in millimetres and also the material, the hardness and the marking, and a figure shows the sleeve in place alongside the ejector pin, the locating ring, the sprue bushing and the locating pin it works with.

Dimensions carrying no individual tolerance fall under the general tolerances of ISO 2768-1, and the sleeve is made of a tool steel to ISO 4957. Mould designers and the makers of standard mould components use it to specify and check the part.

Identical to ISO 16915:2003, with a terms clause added, it was issued and came into force on 28 March 2025.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is equivalent to ISO 16915:2003 "Forming die drawing sleeves".

A new chapter "Terms and Definitions" has been added to this document.

1 Scope

This document specifies the main dimensions and tolerances of pull sleeves mainly used for plastic and rubber injection molds, in millimeters. Its application examples are shown in Figure 1.

This document also specifies the material, hardness and marking of the pull sleeves. Index number description. 1---Putter (ISO 6751); 2---Pulling sleeve (ISO 16915); 3---Location ring (ISO 10907-1); 4---Sprue bushing (ISO 10072); 5---Location pin (ISO 8734).
