Scope

GB/T 45382-2025 is the English-translated version of 成型模直导柱、带肩导柱和带肩定位导柱.

GB/T 45382-2025 is the Chinese national standard that dimensions the guide pillars which keep the two halves of a moulding tool in line.

It gives the main and mounting dimensions with their tolerances, in millimetres, for straight guide pillars with a head, for shouldered guide pillars and for shouldered locating guide pillars, each type in a figure with its own table of sizes, beginning with the type A straight pillar.

Surface roughness is marked on the drawings in micrometres, and the figures show the optional centre hole, the rounding or undercut at the shoulder and the oil grooves that may be cut if wanted.

Mould shops and the makers of standard mould parts order and check pillars against it. Identical to ISO 8017:2007, with clauses for normative references and terms added, it was issued and came into force on 28 March 2025.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is equivalent to ISO 8017:2007 "Forming die straight guide pins, shouldered guide pins and shouldered locating guide pins".

This document adds two chapters. "Normative References" and "Terms and Definitions".
