1 Scope
This document defines the service principles of Internet psychological assessment services, and stipulates the overall requirements, service process, service evaluation and improve.
This document applies to psychological service organizations conducting activities related to Internet psychological assessment services.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 psychological evaluation
A psychological technique that collects data from the person being evaluated (3.3) through questionnaires, interviews, behavioral observations, etc. and evaluates it.
Note. Assess the psychological state, personality traits, psychological ability level, psychological development level, etc. of the person being evaluated.
3.2 Internet evaluation services of psychology
Activities that implement psychological assessment (3.1) through Internet technology to meet customer (3.6) needs.
Note. Internet technology is usually used to build the service environment for psychological assessment services, providing service display, data collection, data analysis, data modeling, and assessment results.
Feedback and other service conditions.
3.3 evaluationparticipant
Individuals who receive Internet psychological assessment services (3.2).
Note. The person being evaluated may be an independent individual or a part of an organization, and the purpose of the evaluation may be for the individual or for the organization.
3.4 evaluator
A professional service provider who interprets, evaluates and communicates the performance or results of a psychological assessment (3.1) of a person being assessed (3.3).
