1 Scope

GB/T 45148-2024 sets the basic requirements for the digital resources and the technology platform of a digital culture centre. China operates a public cultural centre in essentially every county and district, and the digitisation of that network, its collections, its courses, its performance and exhibition material and the services built on them, is a national programme; this standard is what keeps the resulting systems compatible with one another instead of becoming several thousand incompatible local projects.
