3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 End-of-life vehicles; ELVs

Motor vehicles that meet the national motor vehicle mandatory scrapping standards and are voluntarily scrapped by their owners. [Source. GB 22128-2019, 3.1]

3.2 Reused parts

Reusable parts dismantled from scrapped motor vehicles. [Source. GB 22128-2019, 3.11]

3.3

The sum of network systems that provide transaction matching and related service information to two or more parties in the transaction of recycled parts of scrapped motor vehicles.

Note. Hereinafter referred to as "Platform".
