Introduction

0.1 Overview

Equipment manufacturing is a basic and strategic industry related to the long-term development of the country and an important guarantee for national economic and military security.

The Party Central Committee and the State Council proposed the innovation-driven development strategy, and relevant departments proposed The strategic plans for high-quality development of manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, and quality power are put forward to promote the construction of knowledge management system in equipment manufacturing industry.

Knowledge, as an important production factor, is the core of equipment manufacturing industry R&D design, production and manufacturing, procurement logistics, after-sales service It is the basic resource of China's manufacturing industry and the supporting factor of quality management, innovation management, human resource management, digital system construction, etc.

The transition from Chinese manufacturing to Chinese creation is of great significance.

This document aims to serve the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, with knowledge management based on the development and utilization of industrial big data as the main line.

Under the guidance of GB/T 34061.1, combined with the current situation and needs of China's manufacturing industry, a general framework and method for manufacturing knowledge management are proposed.

Through the planning and management of equipment manufacturing knowledge and knowledge activities, we will promote the construction of digitalization, knowledge and intelligence, and realize The transformation, transition and upgrading of the current manufacturing industry.

0.2 Process Approach

In order to promote the effectiveness of knowledge management in solving business problems and to promote business strategy through knowledge strategy, this paper adopts two dimensions of interaction.

— Part 3: Electricity. The purpose is to provide a general framework, methods and construction guidelines for knowledge management in the power industry.

1 Scope

This document provides guidance for the implementation of a knowledge management system in equipment manufacturing organizations.
