Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 4464-2006 "Determination of dye swellability", compared with GB/T 4464-2006, in addition to editorial modification the main technical changes are as follows.

- modified the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2006 edition);

- modified the formulation of terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2006 edition);

- modified the expression of the principle (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2006 edition);

- modified structural and experimental methods for the preparation of stains (see 7.2, 2006, 7.2);

- to modify the visual test title for visual evaluation and to modify the expression (see 7.3.1, 2006 edition of 7.3.1);

- Removal of transmittance assays (see Edition 7.3.3);

--- modified the contents of the test report (see Chapter 8).

This standard uses the re-drafting method to modify the use of ISO 105-Z06..1998 "Textile color fastness test Z06 part. dyes and pigments Swim evaluation ".

This standard has a greater structural adjustment compared to ISO 105-Z06..1998, which is listed in Appendix A and ISO 105-Z06..1998 chapter number comparison list.

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 105-Z06..1998, and the terms involved in these differences have passed through the margin the vertical single line (|) of the position is marked, and Appendix B gives a list of the corresponding technical differences and their causes.

The following editorial changes have been made to ISO 105-Z06..1998.

- 7.2.2.1 of this standard changes the language structure of the expression in 7.1 of ISO 105-Z06..1998;

- 7.2.2.2 of this standard changes the language structure of the expression in 7.2 of ISO 105-Z06..1998;

- the revision of the language structure of the expression in 8.1 of ISO 105-Z06..1998 in 7.3.1 of this standard;

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of dye swellability.

This standard applies to disperse dyes, vat dyes, reactive dyes in the process of pad dyeing drying determination.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Sweep migrationproperties in the fiber or between the fiber due to capillary force, dyes with the movement of water molecules in the fiber transfer between the nature of the dye called the mobility.

Note. Swimming may occur during the processing, testing, storage and use of textiles.

4 Principle

5 Reagents and materials
