Introduction

According to the Notice on Accelerating the Scale Deployment and Application of Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6), in order to accelerate the improvement of government application China has formulated a series of IPv6 application standards to expand industry integration applications and promote the standardization of IPv6 large-scale deployment and application innovation results.

Among them, GB/T 44600 "Multimedia Distribution Services Based on IPv4/IPv6" is designed to standardize the IPv6 deployment of multimedia distribution services.

The standards to be formulated are planned to consist of two parts.
