GB/T 44595-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the video conferencing system on a mixed IPv4 and IPv6 network — the management, control and media layers of the architecture, the cloud-hosted and traditional ways of organising a conference, the media encoding, the network management and the security, the master-slave gateway that lets an IPv4 system and an IPv6 system share one meeting, and the tests for capacity, stability and tolerance of a degraded link. First edition, under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In force from 1 January 2025. Issued on 29 September 2024, it has been in force since 1 January 2025.

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, system architecture, and service requirements of the network video conferencing service system based on the hybrid IPv4 and IPv6 network environment.
