1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Fresh agricultural products

Edible fresh agricultural products produced through planting, breeding, gathering, fishing, etc., which are unprocessed or have undergone primary processing.

Note. Includes vegetables (including edible fungi), fruits, livestock and poultry meat, aquatic products, fresh eggs, etc.

3.2 community fresh store

4 Basic Requirements

4.1 Convenient service

The purchasing needs of community residents for fresh agricultural products should be met, and business hours should adapt to the living habits of community residents.

4.2 Product freshness

Fresh agricultural products should be kept fresh throughout the entire process of procurement, store storage, display, primary processing and sales.

4.3 Quality and Safety

Fresh agricultural products should comply with relevant national quality and safety standards, and quality and safety-related information should be available for inquiry.
