Scope
GB/T 44560-2024 is the English-translated version of 石油天然气工业用冶金复合油管.
GB/T 44560-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering tubing whose corrosion-resistant alloy layer is metallurgically bonded to the carbon steel base — the manufacturing route from raw material through the cladding process, heat treatment and pipe-end machining, the chemical composition, tensile, impact, flattening and hardness requirements, the interlayer bonding strength that decides whether the liner stays put in service, the corrosion resistance of both layers, the hydrostatic test, and the nondestructive inspection and marking. Where the produced or injected fluid is sour, a clad tube is only as good as the bond between its two layers. First edition, in force from 1 January 2025. Issued on 29 September 2024, it has been in force since 1 January 2025.
