Technical development and practice in the field to facilitate user understanding and standard implementation;

p) ISO 37156 (see Chapter 7) has been replaced by the normative reference GB/T 43245 to conform to my country's actual situation;

q) Changed the specific description of the use of the public key cryptographic algorithm in the parking space matching system security technical solution, including parking space the matching system is about the public key cryptographic system's independent control of technology, classification and classification management, terminal security protection, large-scale use, and industry the requirements of business processes, dual offline transactions and low costs increase the simplicity of data security and key systems in data security management.

The security technology recommended in GB/T 36625.3-2021 (see 8.1) is cited to comply with the digital security field of my country.

The technical development and practice of smart cities are linked with the existing national standards in the smart city field to facilitate users' understanding and standardization.

implementation;

r) The description of the goal of planning and further improving traffic management in the optimization of the system has been deleted (see ISO 37163:2020 9.3), in accordance with the requirements for writing national standards, no goals for improving traffic management are proposed in this chapter.

The following editorial changes were made to this document.

a) To coordinate with the existing standards, the name of the standard is changed to "Smart City Infrastructure Smart Transportation Urban Parking Space Matching Implementation Guidelines;

b) Removed references to ITU-TY 4456 in the Scope and Overview of Parking Space Matching System, Process Overview, and Maintenance Overview (See Chapter 1, 4.1.1, 6.1.3, 9.1 of ISO 37163:2020);

c) Deleted the references to ISO and IEC terminology bases in terms and definitions (see Chapter 3 of ISO 37163:2020);

Introduction

At present, the per capita car ownership in my country's cities is rising rapidly, and the demand for roads and parking spaces is also increasing. As a result, many cities are facing parking problems.

The prominent problem of parking difficulties is that some public places are densely populated with high and changing parking demands.

It provides drivers with information about their destination and nearby parking lots, but it cannot solve the problem of drivers finding that there is nowhere to park when they arrive at the parking lot.

The utilization rate is low. Parking space rental and sharing models can use parking spaces in residential areas to achieve staggered parking, but lack scale and unified management.

There are great risks of economic disputes and it is difficult to promote. In addition, parking difficulties may affect drivers' emotions, which in turn exacerbates the problem of illegal parking, Traffic congestion and other phenomena, and even traffic accidents. Therefore, parking difficulties also seriously affect the normal production and life of citizens, reduce the tourists experience, and may also indirectly lead to more pollutants, particulate matter (PM) and greenhouse gases (GHG) being emitted into the atmosphere, causing traffic accidents and noise pollution, increasing the cost of urban governance.

The parking space matching system implementation guide provided in this document builds a parking space matching software based on data security and shared management.

The system matches the corresponding equipment, connects parking spaces, drivers and vehicles, navigation systems and municipal infrastructure, and publishes the driver's destination in real time the information of nearby vacant parking spaces helps drivers quickly obtain the required parking space information, reserve a parking space in advance and complete parking smoothly.

The project makes use of existing parking space resources, especially by providing shared parking spaces that are not included in the scope of public parking lots, this document helps to achieve reasonable matching of vacant parking spaces, alleviate urban parking difficulties, and enhance by solving the parking problem, this document can also promote the orderly management of urban traffic.

It will help ease urban road traffic congestion, reduce the incidence of traffic accidents, and thus reduce other urban problems such as environmental and noise pollution.

Reduce urban construction and management costs and promote sustainable urban development.
