GB/T 44427-2024 is the English-translated version of 失禁用尿便吸收辅助器具产品类型名称及图例.

GB/T 44427-2024 is the Chinese national standard on product type names and illustrations for absorbent incontinence products for urine and faeces, equivalent to ISO 22748:2021.

It gives recommended names and other possible names, with sample pictures, for the product categories in ISO 9999 subclass 09 30, aids for absorbing urine and faeces.

The product type names are grouped into absorbent aids for children, absorbent aids for adults and nursing pads. Children's aids include diapers and washable diapers, and adult items include diapers, belt-type and underwear pads, male urine bags, urinary pads without backing and washable diapers.

Nursing pads may be disposable or washable. Issued and applicable from 23 August 2024, it replaces no earlier edition.
