3.1 Small, medium and micro enterprises

An enterprise established in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China with relatively small staff size and business scale.

3.2 Business Service Agency

An organization that provides commercial agency services through an online platform.

Note. In this document, commercial agency service providers are referred to as “service providers”.

3.3 Business Agency Services

The service provider is entrusted by the small and medium-sized enterprises to perform designated economic activities on behalf of the enterprises under certain agency authority. Serve.

Note. Enterprises are referred to as “users” in this document.

3.4 Service Agency Platform

By connecting users, service providers and their related activities through the network, qualified service providers can be screened out according to the service needs proposed by users.

It provides services and, in order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, conducts a system for service provider qualification review and product listing review under certain authority (including including e-commerce systems and transaction processing systems, etc.).

Note. Referred to as “agent platform”.

4.1 Overview

The data interface is the interface for transferring data between users, agent platforms, and service providers during the agent service process.

The business process includes three objects. users, service providers, and agent platforms. Users are the group that obtains the required service products through the agent platform; service providers are the group that obtains the required service products through the agent platform.

The service provider is the service provider; the agency platform is the intermediary between the service provider and the user, and is an information system managed by a third party.
