1 Scope

This document specifies the general principles, performance evaluation requirements, water supply performance evaluation, and water use performance evaluation for urban water supply and water use. and evaluation procedures.

This document applies to the evaluation of urban water supply and water use performance.

Note 1.Urban water supply includes urban public water supply and water supply from self-built facilities.

Note 2.Urban water use includes water used by residential areas, industrial enterprises, business service units and administrative agencies.
