Scope

GB/T 44103-2024 is the English-translated version of 轮滑课程学生运动能力测评规范.

GB/T 44103-2024 is the Chinese national standard for evaluating a student's athletic ability in a roller skating course. Roller skating is taught widely in Chinese schools, and it covers a wide range of disciplines, from basic skating through speed, freestyle slalom, aggressive and hockey work, which makes assessment difficult without an agreed ladder; this document supplies one. It sets a six-grade scheme with the attainment requirements for every grade, running from primary school through university, and then gives the evaluation for each grade in turn, more than thirty-five pages of test items with their setup, procedure and scoring, with the higher grades occupying the largest share of the document, Grade 6 alone running to over twenty pages. Because the scale is national and the tests are prescribed rather than described, a grade certified in one school is meant to be equivalent to the same grade certified anywhere else in the country. It applies to the evaluation of roller skating ability of students at primary, junior secondary, senior secondary and university level.
