GB/T 43437-2023 is the English-translated version of 信息技术 信息产品研发能力评估模型.

5 R&D Capability Assessment Model
5.1 Evaluation model
RDCAM adopts a series of capability parameters (hereinafter referred to as "capability parameter system") and a series of capability weights (hereinafter referred to as "capability parameter system") "Weighting System") evaluates the R&D capabilities of information products.
