1 Scope

This document defines the relevant terms and definitions, provides information on classification, and specifies the requirements, inspection rules, and standards for recycled pulp.

The document includes information on packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates, and describes the corresponding testing methods.

This document applies to recycled pulp used as a raw material for papermaking fibers.

This document does not apply to waste paper scraps that have only undergone simple cutting, packing, or other processing.
