Scope
GB/T 43337-2023 is the English-translated version of 制造系统设备运维参考模型.
GB/T 43337-2023 gives the Chinese national reference model for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing system equipment.
It divides the model into four layers - an equipment layer, an operation and maintenance layer, a system layer and a security layer - states the functions of each, and describes the goals, the delivery methods and the service content of the operation and maintenance layer, the division itself being shown in its Figure 1.
It defines the manufacturing system as the input and output system that turns manufacturing resources into products or semi-finished goods, and the maintenance service as analysis of equipment operating data to judge condition and support maintenance.
Clause 1 applies it to building company maintenance models and to online maintenance management. Issued on 27 November 2023, it has applied since 1 June 2024.

1 Scope
This document gives the hierarchical division of the manufacturing system equipment operation and maintenance reference model and the functions of the equipment layer, operation and maintenance layer, system layer and security layer.
It can describe the goals, implementation methods and service content of the operation and maintenance layer.
This document is suitable for the construction of enterprise equipment operation and maintenance models and the online operation and maintenance management of manufacturing system equipment.

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Manufacturing system

Based on the data generated by equipment operation, analyze and judge the operating status of the equipment, and provide service activities for equipment maintenance.
