1 Scope
GB/T 4325 provisions of this part of the molybdenum powder, molybdenum, molybdenum trioxide, ammonium molybdate and determination of sodium content.
This section applies to molybdenum powder, molybdenum, molybdenum trioxide and ammonium molybdate Determination of sodium content. Measurement range. 0.0003% to 0.080%.
2 Method summary
Sample decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, cesium chloride as deionization agent, air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometer, the wavelength 589.0nm
At measuring the absorbance of sodium in the matrix matching conditions, calculate the amount of sodium.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, this part of the reagents used are in line with national standards or industry standards for gifted class pure reagents, the double-distilled water
Or equivalent purity.
3.1
Hydrogen peroxide (rho = 1.10g/mL).
3.2
cesium chloride solution (25g/L).
3.3 molybdenum substrate
the nature of the sample application is basically the same, the sodium content of not more than 0.0001%.
3.4
Sodium standard solution A. Weigh 0.2543g pre-calcined by 550 °C sodium chloride (wNaCl>=99.9%), placed in a quartz beaker,
Dissolved in water and transferred to 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 100µg sodium.
3.5 Sodium standard solution B
Pipette 10.00mL sodium standard solution A (3.4), placed in 100mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water, mix uniform. This solution 1mL containing 10µg sodium.
4 Instrument
Atomic absorption spectrometer, with a sodium hollow cathode lamp.
Under optimum working conditions for those who can reach the following indicators can be used.
--- Characteristic concentration. a solution in the measurement matrix consistent solution of sodium characteristic mass concentration of not more than 0.01µg/mL;
--- Precision. measure up to 10 times the standard solution, the absorbance of the standard deviation should not exceed the average absorbance of 1.0%; the lowest
Concentration of standard solution (not "zero concentration" standard solution) measuring the absorbance of 10 times, the standard deviation should not exceed the maximum concentration standard
The average absorbance of standard solution of 0.5%;
--- Linear curve. the curve according to concentration, is divided into five sections, the difference between the absorbance of the absorbance difference between the highest and the lowest segment of the segment
Ratio of not less than 0.7.
5 Sample
Molybdenum should smash through the 0.75mm standard sieve.
