Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document is Part 1 of GB/T 43133 "Reusable Plastic Turnover Boxes for Transport Packaging". GB/T 43133 has been released The following sections are included.

1.General requirements. This document has been modified to adopt ISO 18616-1.2016 "Transport packaging of reusable rigid plastic turnover boxes - Part

1.Universality Require". Compared with ISO 18616-1.2016, this document has made the following structural adjustments.

---The abbreviation of Chapter 4 has been added, and the numbers of subsequent chapters have been postponed;

---The numbering of the middle article in Chapter 8 has been changed, and the numbering of the first paragraph has been adjusted to 8.1, and the numbers of subsequent articles have been postponed in sequence;

---Changed the position of Figure 9 and placed it in Chapter 9, which is more in line with the expression of the content. Compared with ISO 18616-1.2016, there are technical differences between this document and the clauses involved in the outer margins of the page. Single lines (|) are marked. These technical differences and their reasons are as follows:

---Deleted "For applications in the automotive industry, please refer to ISO 19709-1, ISO /T S19709-2 and ISO /T S19709-3" in Chapter 1, Because there is no relevant domestic standard transformation;

---Changed the normative reference document, replacing ISO 3394.2012 with GB/T 4892-2021, which modified the international document (see section Chapter 2 and 6.1); Replaced ISO 3676 (see Chapter 2 and 6.1) with GB/T 15233 which modified and adopted the international document; Deleted The contents of ISO /IEC 18000-63 in Chapter 2 and Chapter 10 are not involved in the data storage part in China;

1 Scope

GB/T 43133.1-2023 is Part 1 of the Chinese series on reusable plastic distribution boxes. The crate that carries vegetables from a farm to a supermarket, or parts between plants, is pooled: it circulates for years between parties who do not own it, so it has to nest and stack with boxes from other batches and other makers, survive being dropped and washed many times, and hold its rated load after all of that. Interchangeability is the whole point, which is why the dimensions come first. Part 1 sets the types, the basic requirements - dimensions, anti-slip properties, mass deviation and rated stacking load - the safety requirements including stacking safety, the performance requirements and test methods, and the marking and labelling. It took effect on 7 September 2023.

This document defines the four main categories of plastic turnover boxes (referred to as "plastic boxes"). upright stacking boxes, folding boxes, nested boxes, and nested stacking boxes. Type, which stipulates the basic requirements, safety, identification, marking and labeling, and radio frequency identification (RFID) of four types of plastic boxes. This document is suitable for loading, unloading, transportation, storage and display. The module size is 600mm×400mm, 600mm×500mm, 550mm×366mm reusable plastic box, application in recyclable transportation system.
