1 Scope

This document specifies the architecture, basic requirements, information model, and data dictionary for the interconnection and interoperability of nonwoven equipment.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 43018.1, FZ/T 90111-2016 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Carding web forming

A method of forming a fiber web by using a pre-spinning process similar to traditional textile production, through processes such as fiber opening and combing.

3.2 Airlaid

The short fibers are sent into an air stream, and the fibers in the air stream are dispersed by pressure and condensed on the moving mesh curtain to form a fiber web. method.

3.3 Wetlaid

Using water as the medium, the short fibers are evenly suspended in the water, and with the help of water flow, the fibers are deposited on the water-permeable curtain belt or porous roller.
