This document adds a chapter "Normative References".

This document has made the following minimal editorial changes.

---The chapter number 7.1 "Applicable Conditions" has been added, and the other chapter numbers in this chapter have been postponed.

1 Scope

This document describes test methods applicable to enclosed dry cleaning machines and their following characteristics.

---Solvent consumption;

---Solvent recovery efficiency during drying process;

---Solvent concentration in the atmosphere around a closed dry cleaning machine.

For safety requirements for enclosed dry cleaning machines, see GB 25116-2010.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

closed-circuitdry-cleaningmachine

Dry cleaning machines with solvent recovery systems in all stages of cleaning, including washing, drying and deodorizing clothes, can avoid.

---Any leakage between the factory and the surroundings of the machine (including inside the machine and pipes);

---Waste discharge (except water, excluding undissolved solvent in the separator siphon).

Note. This definition does not take into account solvent purification operations.

3.2

The amount of solvent consumed by a dry cleaning machine to clean the rated capacity of clothing when the dry cleaning machine cycles according to the standard test program.

Note 1.The unit is liter (L).

Note 2.It can also be expressed as a percentage of nominal capacity.
