3.1 Custom furniture

Furniture measured, designed, manufactured, installed and serviced to the customer's individual needs.

3.2 Customer

An organization or natural person who purchases or receives custom furniture products and services.

4.1 Basic requirements

4.1.1 Customized furniture manufacturers or sellers should have an installation service organization and meet the following requirements.

---An effective installation service quality system should be established;

---Self-inspections of the work should be carried out regularly in accordance with the requirements of the installation service quality system;

---Equipment, instruments and safety protection supplies matching the installation services should be provided;

---Channels or platforms for rapid and effective communication with customers should be established, and specialized personnel should be assigned to receive customer information and service information. Receive, record, communicate, confirm and process work;

---Equipment, instruments and safety protection supplies should be calibrated regularly in accordance with relevant national regulations and internal documents of the service organization. And maintenance;
