1 Scope

This document describes reliability test methods for watch movements.

This document is applicable to the reliability test of mechanical watch movements, analog quartz watch movements and liquid crystal quartz watch movements. Other types Watch movements or watches with similar movements can also be used as a reference.

4 Principles

By conducting a combined test of impact test, temperature test, temperature cycle test and humidity test on the watch movement, the reliability of the watch movement is simulated and tested. Reliability.

5 Test samples

The test samples used in this test are.

a) Comply with the travel time quality requirements in QB/T 1249 (real daily spread, instantaneous daily spread, temperature coefficient, continued travel time, comprehensive indicators, 6H swing, etc.) mechanical watch movement;

b) Analog quartz watches that meet the travel time quality requirements of GB/T 6044 (average instantaneous daily difference, temperature coefficient, voltage coefficient, etc.) movement;

c) Liquid crystal quartz watches that meet the travel time quality requirements (instantaneous daily difference, temperature coefficient, voltage coefficient, etc.) in GB/T 22780 movement.

The watch movement should be fixed in a closed watch case similar to the final product for testing. The watch movement should be fixed on the watch through a fixed machine ring or other methods. on the casing, and ensure that there is a gap between the movement and the back cover in the direction of its axis.
