Introduction
Water consumption quotas are a technical standard and important basis for measuring water conservation levels, and are used by the state to implement the water abstraction permit system and planned water use management.
Water use quota standards form the basis for rationalizing and conducting water resource assessments. These standards are essential for determining permitted water volumes, conducting water conservation assessments, developing infrastructure, and managing compliance with standards.
One of the key indicators, and also an important means of implementing the strictest water resources management system.

This document applies to water management for existing, newly built (renovated, expanded) golf courses.

4 Water consumption quota
Table 1 specifies the water quotas for golf courses.
