1 Scope
This document specifies the composition and materials, strength grades and codes, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection specifications of low-heat slag Portland cement. rules, delivery and acceptance, as well as packaging, marking, transportation and storage.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Low-heat portland slag cement
Portland cement clinker with proper composition, adding granulated blast furnace slag or granulated blast furnace slag powder, appropriate amount of gypsum, and finely grinding Hydraulic cementitious material with low heat of hydration.
Note: Low-heat slag Portland cement is referred to as "low-heat slag cement".
