Scope

GB/T 42239.2-2022 is the English-translated version of 洗涤用酶制剂 第2部分:脂肪酶.

GB/T 42239.2-2022 is the second part of the Chinese national standard on enzyme preparations for detergents, and it deals with lipase.

It covers the product classification, the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport, storage and shelf-life provisions; it defines the lipase activity unit as the activity of 1 g of solid enzyme powder, or 1 mL of liquid enzyme, that hydrolyses the substrate to release 1 µmol of titratable fatty acid in 1 min under the stated temperature and pH, expressed in U/g, and it names the materials of the wash test, the JB-04 carotene-lard stained cloth and the whiteness value measured before washing.

It applies to lipase made for the detergent industry by microbial fermentation and purification. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since that same date.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document is the second part of GB/T 42239 "Enzyme preparations for washing". GB/T 42239 has issued the following parts.

--- Part 1: Alkaline protease;

--- Part 2: Lipase.

Introduction

The detergent industry is one of the important application fields of enzyme preparations. GB/T 42239 "Enzyme Preparations for Detergents" is formulated, which is for domestic detergents The product industry regulates the market segment of enzyme-containing cleaning products, guides companies in the industry to innovate and develop new products, and prevents unscrupulous companies from cheating consumption It is of great significance to promote the rapid and healthy development of the detergent industry.

GB/T 42239 "Enzyme preparations for washing" is proposed to be composed of the following two parts.

--- Part 1: Alkaline protease, the purpose is to establish the classification and technical requirements of alkaline protease for washing;

1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life.

This document is applicable to the lipase used in the detergent industry produced by microbial fermentation, purification and other processes.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Lipase

It can hydrolyze triglyceride (fat), release fatty acid, diglyceride, monoglyceride and glycerol at different stages, and also catalyze Enzymes for ester synthesis and transesterification reactions.

3.2 Lipase activity

The ability of lipase to catalyze the hydrolysis of fats.

Note: lipase enzyme activity is expressed in lipase enzyme activity units, 1g of solid enzyme powder (or 1mL of liquid enzyme), under certain temperature and pH conditions, the water within 1min When 1 µmol of titratable fatty acid is produced by decomposing the substrate, it is 1 unit of enzyme activity, expressed in U/g.
