Scope

GB/T 42130-2022 is the English-translated version of 智能制造 工业大数据系统功能要求.

GB/T 42130-2022 sets out what an industrial big data system has to be able to do when it is used in manufacturing.

It gives the functional framework of such a system and then states the requirements module by module: data collection, real-time computing, data storage, data processing, data analysis and modelling, data display, model management, knowledge management, data services, data governance, and operation and maintenance management.

It applies to the design, development, testing and application of these systems.

It takes the definition of industrial big data from GB/T 41778-2022, noting that such data divides into enterprise information system data, industrial internet-of-things data and external cross-border data, and it quotes GB/T 38673-2020, GB/T 1988, GB/T 13000 and GB 18030. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since 1 July 2023.

3.2 A system for processing and applying industrial big data

3.1 Industrial big data

The data produced in the process of industrial activities have the characteristics of huge volume, diverse sources, extremely fast generation, changeable and other characteristics, and it is difficult to use traditional data Data containing large datasets that are efficiently processed by the architecture.

Note: It is generally divided into three categories, namely, enterprise informatization data, industrial Internet of Things data, and external cross-border data. Among them, enterprise informatization and industrial Internet of things The massive time series data generated by servers is the main source of industrial data scale. [Source: GB/T 41778-2022,3.21]
