foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting.
This document is modified to adopt ISO 3191.1998 "Aerospace nuts, backing plates, self-locking, fixed, single lug, thinning series, with countersink,
MJ thread, rating. 1100MPa (at ambient temperature)/235°C, 1100MPa (at ambient temperature)/315°C and 1100MPa (at ambient temperature)
ambient temperature)/425°C Dimensions".
A chapter "Terms and Definitions" has been added to this document.
The technical differences between this document and ISO 3191.1998 and the reasons are as follows.
--- Deleted ISO 5858 (see Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of ISO 3191.1998). International standards are not commonly used in my country and should be determined by the user
Relevant requirements are established to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
---Changed the expression form of the structural diagram (see Figure 1), which is more in line with the drawing habits of the domestic industry;
---Changed the expression method of letters in the structural dimensions (see Figure 1 and Table 1) and the order of letters in the table (see Table 1), which is more in line with the national
The labeling habits of the industry.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document.
--- In order to coordinate with existing standards, change the name of the standard to "Thin Self-Locking Nuts for Aerospace";
--- Change the relevant requirements on the optional form with a sealed cover to the figure for description (see Figure 1), which is more in line with domestic usage habits.

3 Terms and Definitions
This document does not have terms and definitions that need to be defined.
4 Structure and dimensions
The structure and size of the nut shall comply with the regulations in Figure 1 and Table 1.
Dimensions and tolerances apply after any surface coating treatment and before any lubricant.
1) The minimum tensile strength load that a nut can withstand without failure at ambient temperature when tested with a bolt of the highest strength class.
2) After the nut is subjected to the highest service temperature, it returns to room temperature without permanently changing its original characteristics. The maximum service temperature depends on the material or surface of the nut.
mental state.
