Scope

GB/T 42088-2022 is the English-translated version of 饲料加工厂智能化技术导则.

GB/T 42088-2022 is the Chinese national guide to the intelligent technology of a feed processing plant.

It sets out the system architecture, the general requirements and the technical requirements layer by layer: the intelligent equipment layer, the intelligent unit layer, the manufacturing execution layer, the operation management layer and the external interface.

Clause 3 defines the building blocks: an intelligent feed mill, using the internet of things, the internet and artificial intelligence to automate and digitise production and support operating decisions; the intelligent cell, one or more intelligent devices grouped to complete a specific job; and intelligent equipment, which senses, processes and controls, covering production, testing and data acquisition, logistics and auxiliary equipment.

Clause 1 applies it to the planning, design and implementation of intelligent feed plants. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since 1 July 2023.

1 Scope

3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 10647, GB/T 18695 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 intelligent feed processing plant

Based on the Internet of Things, Internet, artificial intelligence and other technologies, it can realize production automation and informatization, and provide decision-making for production and operation activities. Supported feed mills.

3.2 Intelligent cell

A work unit composed of one or more smart devices and other devices to complete a specific job.
