1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for ships such as cylinder luffing electric hydraulic cranes, wire rope luffing electric hydraulic cranes, wire rope luffing electric cranes, etc.
Crane use and maintenance requirements.
This document applies to the following types of marine cranes operating in harbour or sheltered water conditions.

3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions defined in ISO 3828 and ISO 4306-1 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Issued by the marine crane manufacturer to certify that the marine crane has been designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the design standards and the buyer's requirements
verified certificate.
Note. It should also be confirmed that the corresponding quality control has been carried out according to the quality management system.
3.2
The body responsible for the approval, inspection, testing and certification of marine cranes, such as classification societies.
3.3
Under the action of waves, the ship does not move significantly, and the significant wave height is not greater than 0.6m.
