GB/T 42031-2022 is the English-translated version of 用水单位水平衡图绘制方法.
GB/T 42031-2022 is the Chinese national method for drawing the water balance diagram that comes out of a water balance test.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
1 Scope
This document describes the drawing principles and methods of water balance charts for water units, and gives drawing styles.
This document is applicable to the drawing of water balance diagrams for water balance testing of water units.

Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 21534 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Water balance diagram
A diagram depicting a water use unit or water balance in a water use system.
3.2 Water-useunit
A relatively independent area, unit (individual), department, workshop, production process or device (equipment) that requires water or produces wastewater.
4 Principles of drawing water balance diagrams
4.1 The water balance diagram is composed of frame, line, data, symbols and necessary explanatory text.
4.2 Water balance chart The basic data comes from the water unit water balance sheet, which is a graphic representation of the water unit water balance sheet.
4.3 The legend of the water balance diagram should be marked on the lower left of the legend, indicating the test period, the measurement unit of water and steam, and the necessary text. word description.
5 How to draw a water balance diagram
5.1 General provisions
5.1.1 The water balance diagram of water use units can be divided into main water use equipment or systems (three levels), secondary water use units (two levels) and water use units (one Level) 3 levels, each level includes one or more water units, and the water units are divided according to the requirements of GB/T 12452.
5.1.2 All water use units and their mutual water use process, water volume distribution and other water volume transfer relationships should be clearly expressed.
