Scope
GB/T 41584-2022 is the English-translated version of 压水堆核电厂装料前热态性能试验要求.
GB/T 41584-2022 specifies the hot performance test that a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant goes through before its first fuel loading. It gives the purpose of the test, the conditions to be met before it starts, its content, the acceptance criteria and the test records and report.
The purpose is to verify that system performance matches the specified requirements under simulated operating temperature, pressure and flow, to check the insulation and cooling systems together with flow, vibration and clearance, and to confirm that instruments and other equipment work at high temperature; the test has to last long enough for steady state conditions to be reached.
The document defines commissioning and the hot performance test itself, cites NB/T 20145, was issued on 11 July 2022 and has applied since 1 February 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document is proposed and managed by the National Nuclear Energy Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC58).
1 Scope
This document specifies the test purpose, test conditions, test content and acceptance criteria of the thermal performance test before initial fuel loading of PWR nuclear power plants and test records and reports.
This document is applicable to the thermal performance test before initial fuel loading of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Commissioning
The process of operating installed nuclear power plant components and systems and verifying that their performance conforms to design requirements and related criteria.
Note: Commissioning includes tests without nuclear reactions and with nuclear reactions.
3.2 Hot performance test
By simulating the actual operating conditions of the nuclear steam supply system in the nuclear power plant, the thermal performance of the nuclear steam supply system and the presence of equipment and instruments in the Test of working reliability under constant temperature and pressure.
4 Purpose of the test
4.1 Verify that system performance is consistent with specified requirements. The thermal performance test should simulate the operating conditions of the power plant as much as possible, including expected operating events at the temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
4.2 Verify the efficiency of the insulation and cooling system as far as possible. The test will initially check flow, vibration, clearance and other adaptations to the component or system measures taken to expand. The test shall verify the operation of instruments and other equipment at high temperatures, and confirm the relevant operating techniques.
4.3 The duration of the thermal performance test shall be such that the test reaches steady state operating conditions to determine whether structures, systems and components can be operating conditions.
5 Test conditions
The test conditions of the thermal performance test before charging mainly include.
a) The organizational structure, division of responsibilities, human resources, planning and administrative management have been arranged; […]
