Scope
GB/T 41570-2022 is the English-translated version of 流程生产能效计量技术规范.
GB/T 41570-2022 specifies how energy efficiency is measured for the energy-using units of process production.
It fixes the scope of the measurement, the measurement system for process production energy efficiency, the method for integrating the energy efficiency data, the process for deploying the measuring instruments, the selection of those instruments and the management of the measurement.
It defines the energy consumption unit, the secondary energy consumption unit, major energy-using equipment, energy, the energy measuring instrument and energy efficiency, taking several of these from GB 17167-2006, GB/T 35461-2017 and GB/T 23331-2020.
It is addressed to process production companies and cites GB/T 6422 and GB 17167. It was issued on 11 July 2022 and has applied since 1 February 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document is proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This document is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on Standardization of Industrial Process Measurement Control and Automation (SAC/TC124).
Introduction
At present, the energy efficiency measurement methods of process industry production equipment and production process are not unified, resulting in unreliable results. In order to ensure energy efficiency measurement results Accuracy and standardization of the results, drafting and formulating technical specifications for energy efficiency measurement in process production, and standardizing the main energy-using equipment and production processes in process production The energy efficiency measurement range and measurement requirements make the process industry energy efficiency measurement data standardized and standardized, which is conducive to energy efficiency management and control, and provides a basis for energy efficiency diagnosis. Basic data, improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs.
1 Scope
