Scope
GB/T 41538-2022 is the English-translated version of 地表发射率遥感产品真实性检验.
GB/T 41538-2022 specifies how the authenticity of surface emissivity remote sensing products is checked. It gives the basic requirements, two inspection methods and the content of the inspection report.
The direct method is set out with its implementation conditions, the analysis of spatial heterogeneity and the spatial sampling, the way the relative true value of surface emissivity is obtained and the inspection workflow; the cross-check method has its own conditions and workflow.
The report is fixed item by item, from the cover to the description of the product under test, the reference object, the method and process, the conclusion and a summary table.
Four informative annexes cover homogeneous and heterogeneous surfaces, the sources of uncertainty and a sample report. It cites GB/T 36296-2018 and GB/T 39468-2020, was issued on 11 July 2022 and has applied since 1 February 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document is proposed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
This document is under the jurisdiction of the National Standardization Technical Committee of Remote Sensing Technology (SAC/TC327).
Introduction
Surface emissivity is a key characteristic parameter in thermal infrared remote sensing retrieval, and it has the same important status as surface temperature. it is gas It is an important input parameter in the study of climatic models and a very important characteristic physical quantity in the process of the Earth's surface system. surface launch The rate is the ratio of the thermal radiation emitted from the surface to the thermal radiation emitted by a black body at the same temperature and the same wavelength.
Roughness, soil moisture, wavelength and other factors. At present, the use of remote sensing means to retrieve regional surface emissivity is to obtain large-scale surface emissivity.
Therefore, it is very important to carry out the authenticity test of pixel-scale surface emissivity remote sensing products.
Combining with the existing international methods for authenticity testing of various surface emissivity remote sensing products, this document comprehensively, systematically and deeply develops Standardized research on authenticity inspection of surface emissivity remote sensing products.
The authenticity test method and evaluation method of the product make it maneuverable and universal while ensuring the advanced nature, which is the basis for the remote sensing of surface emissivity. It provides a unified standard for the standardization of precision evaluation and uncertainty analysis of sensing products.
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, inspection methods and inspection reports for the authenticity inspection of surface emissivity remote sensing products.
This document is applicable to the authenticity verification of surface emissivity retrieval products from aerial and aerospace remote sensing data.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 36296-2018 and GB/T 39468-2020 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 [Spectral] emissivity
The ratio of the thermal radiator's own [spectral] radiation [radiation] brightness to the spectral radiation [radiation] brightness of a black body at the same temperature and the same wavelength, also known as [spectrum] specific emissivity.
Note: The expression of [spectrum] emissivity is shown in formula (1).
where: epsilon(lambda,T) --- spectral emissivity; lambda --- wavelength, in microns (µm); T --- temperature, in Kelvin (K);
R(lambda,T)---the own [spectral] radiation [radiation] brightness of the thermal radiator, in watts per square meter steradian [W/(m2·sr·µm)];
B(lambda,T)---Planck's function of temperature T, in watts per square meter steradian [W/(m2·sr·µm)].
3.2 Channel emissivity
In the sensor channel response range, the weighted average of the spectral emissivity and the channel spectral response function product.
Note: The channel emissivity expression is shown in formula (2).
