Scope
GB/T 41139-2021 is the English-translated version of 信息分类编码及元数据标准符合性测试要求.
GB/T 41139-2021 sets out how to test whether an information classification and coding standard, or a metadata standard, is written in conformity with the rules for such standards.
It covers the test method, with the general test, the test process, the test organisation and the test environment, and then the content to be checked for each of the two kinds of standard.
It also gives the basis for testing, with basic and content requirements, the rules for judging the test result and the test documentation, and an informative annex holds a template for the conformity test report.
Terms such as code, code structure and metadata follow GB/T 10113 and GB/T 18391. It is meant for bodies that check standards of this kind. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

This document specifies the test methods, test contents, test basis and test results for the conformity test of information classification coding and metadata standards. Determine and test documentation requirements.
This document is suitable for guiding compliance testing of various information classification codes and metadata standards.

3 Terms and Definitions

3.1 Information classification coding
