Scope

GB/T 41085-2021 is the English-translated version of 城乡社区环卫清洁服务要求.

GB/T 41085-2021 sets the requirements for sanitation cleaning services in urban and rural communities provided by cleaning service organizations. It lays down general rules for the provider, the scope of service and the resources to be deployed: staff, equipment and facilities, tools and information systems.

It then covers the cleaning work itself, including roads, indoor public areas, outdoor public places, farmers' markets, public toilets, water surfaces, garbage collection and transport, and emergency work, followed by quality control and the evaluation and improvement of the service.

An informative annex lists the main cleaning equipment and a normative annex sets the requirements for road cleaning operations. Community managers and contractors use it to define and check the service. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 April 2022.
