GB/T 4095-2025Mounting dimensions of disc wheels on hubs for commercial vehicles (English PDF)

Foreword

This document was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2020,

Directives for standardization - Part 1.Rules for the structure and drafting of

standardizing documents.

This document replaces GB/T 4095-2005, Disc wheels for trucks - Dimensional

characteristics of attachment on hub. Compared with GB/T 4095-2005, in addition to

structural adjustments and editorial modifications, the main technical changes are as

follows.

a) Change the requirements for dimensions of wheel and hub (see Figure 1;

Figure 1 of the 2005 edition);

b) Change the requirements for dimensions (see Table 1; Table 1 of the 2005

edition).

This document is identical to ISO 4107.2023, Commercial vehicles - Wheel-hub

attachment dimensions.

This document adds two chapters, namely "Normative references" and "Terms and

definitions".

This document makes the following minimal editorial changes.

-- To align with existing standards, change the standard name to "Mounting

dimensions of disc wheels on hubs for commercial vehicles";

-- Add footnote "d" to Table 1.

1 Scope

This document specifies the mounting dimensions required for mounting wheels with

6, 8 or 10 bolt holes on hubs for commercial vehicles.

This document applies to wheels using the flat mounting method with center-hole

centering.

No terms and definitions need to be defined in this document.

4 Flat mounting method with center-hole centering

The dimensions of the wheel and hub shall conform to the specifications in Figure 1

and Table 1.
