South".
Compared with ISO 11563.2003, this document has many adjustments in structure. Appendix A gives this document and ISO 11563.2003
The chapter number comparison table.
The technical differences between this document and ISO 11563.2003 and the reasons are as follows.
a) Deleted "International Oil Tanker and Oil Terminal Safety Guide (ISGOTT)" (see Chapter 4), which should not be placed in the main text;
b) The relevant content of laws and regulations has been deleted (see Chapter 4), and the drafting documents should not contain documents that require compliance with laws and regulations or policies.
Terms;
c) The content of obtaining the reference volume of the designated pipeline of the oil tanker (see 6.3.6) has been added to determine the replacement amount relatively accurately;
d) Modify the "volume required for pipeline replacement" to "approximate amount" (see 6.3.11), so that the contents of the file echo the beginning and the end.
Introduction
When crude oil and petroleum products are being transferred, the accurate measurement of the transfer volume is affected by the fullness of the cargo in the transfer pipeline and the pipeline. if
The transfer pipeline contains air or steam, or the cargo to be transferred and the cargo in the pipeline have different physical properties.
The line is filled with liquid compatible with the cargo to be transferred.

suggestion.
5 Responsibility
5.1 Loading dock
5.1.1 The loading and unloading terminal should designate a pipeline system with flowmeter (if used) and storage tank (if used), and give the designated pipeline
Reference volume.
5.1.2 If the high-position exhaust valve/view mirror method (see 6.5) is selected to determine whether the designated pipeline is full, the loading dock should provide an exhaust valve or
The position of the sight glass.
5.2 Oil tanker
5.2.1 The oil tanker should provide the reference volume of the designated pipeline on board used for pipeline replacement operations, and give the empty or full status of the designated pipeline.
5.2.2 The fullness of designated pipelines on ships has a direct impact on the accuracy of pipeline replacement operations between the tanker and the shore. Oil tanker
Provide assistance as much as possible to accurately determine the fullness of designated pipelines on ships.
