Foreword

1 Scope

This document stipulates the product specification classification of frozen aquatic products, the technical requirements for icing, the monitoring and production of ice coating content during the production process record.

This document applies to ice-packing of frozen aquatic products and products such as fish, shrimp, shellfish, crabs, cephalopods, etc.

4 Product specification classification

According to the quality of frozen aquatic product monomer, the products are divided into the following categories.

a) Small specification products. the monomer mass is less than or equal to 100g;

b) Medium specification products. the monomer mass is greater than 100g and less than or equal to 500g;

c) Large-size products. the monomer mass is greater than 500g.
